A Hand-Crafted Coffee Exprience

Craftsmanship is at the core of every creation at Blackhills. Coffee making here is an unhurried and deliberate process, eschewing modern electricity for a more intimate approach. This means hand-ground beans, steamed milk delicately heated over a gas stove, and an array of slow bar equipments. Each barista embraces the “Back to Basic” coffee making philosophy thus each cup is carefully brewed and prepared by hand. Various manual brewing techniques, such as Drip, Moka Pot, Syphon, Aero Press, and Flair espresso, are used to add unique character to every sip.
