About the bean

If you want something that is nutty and sweet without too many complexities as a daily coffee, this is a perfect choice for you. This is a very versatile bean that works great on various brewing methods such as espresso, drip coffee, and french press. More importantly, it will also blend nicely with condiments such as sugar, milk, cream, and alternative milks.

This coffee is from Barbosa Family and they have been producing coffee since the twentieth century. The office is located in Carmo do Paranaíba, Estate of Minas Gerais, where the team is composed of ten people, cooperating to deliver the best coffee.

From the choice of the varietal to the harvest season, Barbosa family works hard to deliver the best coffee. All the processes are closely watched and the Quality Control team follow all the stages of the traceability program, from the tree to the warehouse, and from the warehouse to the world.
