Please note: Pre-ground coffee beans can quickly lose their freshness, resulting in a notable decrease in aroma and flavor. For this reason, we do not offer a grinding service. We strongly encourage our customers to grind their coffee beans just before use for the best experience.

About the bean
Finca Zanga, overseen by María Pucho, is nestled in Bolivia’s La Paz region—an area celebrated for its deep-rooted coffee traditions. Positioned at a high elevation, the farm benefits from a unique microclimate ideal for growing exceptional coffee.
The farm focuses on cultivating the Red Catuai variety, prized for its balanced flavor and outstanding cup quality. The coffee is carefully washed processed, enhancing its clarity and brightness. We found this coffee to be well-balanced at a medium roast, making it a versatile choice for espresso, drip, or French press brewing.
