About the bean
First Class is the premium product line at Terminal 3 Roasters, placed above Business Class. We are excited to feature this exceptional bean from Finca La Villa in Colombia, Isnos, Huila as part of our First Class collection.
Grown at Finca La Villa in San José de Isnos, Huila, by producer Juan Darío Gómez—a member of the CADEFIHUILA Cooperative—this coffee represents decades of commitment to quality. Established in 1965 at 1,720 masl, La Villa is recognized for its meticulous processing and forward-thinking fermentation techniques.
This Gesha lot undergoes a 24-hour washed fermentation, producing a clean and expressive cup characterized by floral aromatics, lime-like brightness, and a silky mouthfeel.
Expect tasting notes of Kyoho grape, key lime pie, and candied ginger, supported by a medium body, bright acidity, and delicate balance. The cup finishes with a lingering floral sweetness. Ideal for both filter and espresso.
