About the bean

This coffee is sourced from The Testi West Arsi Washing Station, established in 2010, which supports approximately 850 smallholder producers in the Nansebo woreda. We especially enjoy brewing this coffee using a Hario V60 or Origami with a medium grind. Despite being processed using a natural anaerobic method, it does not exhibit overwhelming funkiness. Instead, it presents flavors of toffee, fig, tangerine, and subtle cherry blossom notes, complemented by a tart malic acidity and a gentle, clean sweetness reminiscent of fruit. Additionally, it proves delicious in straight espresso and smaller milk-based drinks like cortado.
